New clients are required to complete these 3 easy steps before any reservation can be confirmed. 1. Submit a booking form. 2. Contact your veterinarian as all our dog clients must provide the following clearances. • Annual vaccination certificate. • We also require the use of monthly flea and tick prevention medication. • Dogs over 12 months old must be neutered to participate in our day care and boarding group fitness programs. 3. Schedule a meet and greet. We love to meet new dogs! And we want to make sure your dog has the best possible time while they are with us. All it takes is about 30 minutes. Bring your dog. Take a tour. Meet our staff. While your furry friend checks out the sights and smells, we will answer your questions and get to know your pooch so we can create a boarding or day-care program to suit their specific needs and personality.

We require a vaccination certificate with up-to-date vaccinations. We prefer that the vaccinations are administered at least 2 weeks before your dog arrives. We cannot accept any dog who has not been vaccinated within the last 12 months. We highly recommend that your dog is vaccinated against kennel cough, this must be administered three weeks in advance of the stay as it is a live vaccine. We ask for the name and telephone number of your veterinary surgery. We will contact them, or our own vet, if at any point our staff are concerned about the health of your dog.

Check in/Check out Procedure and Costs Check in slots are between 2-4pm on the day of arrival (we cannot accommodate early check ins, please book an additional day stay if required) There is no charge for check out before 11 am on the day of departure. Check out between 2pm -5 pm on day of departure will incur an additional fee of £25 per dog. The cost is £45 per day. Additional £15 each per night for dogs sharing the room from the same family. Minimum 7 nights stay April spring break, June , July, August, and October holiday week. All other times minimum 2-night stay.

Please bring your dogs food and treats with you as a change of diet can cause stomach upsets. You may bring your dogs bed and favourite toys with you if you feel it will help your pet feel at home.

Please note that in the interest of fairness among our customers, your reservation is only confirmed once we have received your booking form and reservation fee. We will email you an invoice thereafter we require your reservation fee to be paid by card or bank transfer within 48 hours to secure the room. We are unable to hold bookings without a reservation fee.

• Check in time slots are available between 2-4pm on the day of arrival. • There is no charge for check out before 11 am on the day of departure. • Collection between 11 am -5 pm on day of departure will incur an additional fee of £20 per dog. • Please note that if only booking one night’s stay with collection before 11am the cost is £30

Unfortunately, we cannot accept dogs which have not been vaccinated in the last 12 months.
